The standard defines the attribute fo:line-height within the element <style:paragraph-properties>: WordPad supports the fo:line-height attribute with the following distinctions:
If the value is an absolute length and not a percentage of the tallest character's height in the line, then:
On Read the content is displayed by using the larger of the specified absolute length and 100% of the tallest character's height in the line.
On Save, it is saved with the value of "100%" for the attribute.
Height of any picture or object present in the line is also considered while determining the height of the tallest character in the line. The maximum of the height of the line and the height of the picture is used as the line height. For example, if the tallest character is 12 points in height and there is a picture with a height of 50 points, then the line is treated as having a tallest character of a height of 50 points.
On Read, the value "normal" for this attribute is treated as if the value "100%" were specified for the attribute.
On Save, the value "normal" is not written out by WordPad; instead, the value "100%" is written out.
