Use KPI (key performance indicator) cards in the process intelligence experience (preview)

Configure and use KPI (key perforemance indicator) cards in the process intelligence experience to display key performance indicators with large numeric values and optional secondary metrics.

Label

Enter a label for the chart.

Data

Metric type

Select the metric type to display (for example, Frequency, Performance, Rework, or Finance).

Metric

Select the specific metric to display.

Show secondary metric

Show secondary metric in the same KPI visual. The secondary metric is divided from the primary metric by ( / ).

Secondary section (greyed out)

• Metric type: Select the metric type to display as secondary KPI (for example, Frequency, Performance, Rework, or Finance).
• Metric: Select the specific metric to display as secondary KPI.
