Premium per user is designed for small organizations that don't have a Premium organizational subscription.
Feature details
With Premium per user, small organizations without a Premium organizational subscription will still be able to work with deployment pipelines as long as the production content (development and test stages) is saved in Premium per user workspaces. Deployment pipelines allow for a more efficient and reusable release process.
