Business value
This new capability enables ISVs to more easily monetize their Microsoft Power Platform investment while, at the same time, making it easier for customers to manage their purchased ISV licenses.
Feature details
This feature will enable ISVs to better manage the licensing of applications they build on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps and Microsoft Power Platform. It allows ISVs to:
- Define licenses that provide access to specific features of their applications and have Microsoft Power Platform enforce those licenses at runtime
- Enable their customers to manage licensing for ISV applications alongside Microsoft first-party products in the Microsoft 365 admin center
- Gain visibility into license assignment and usage
