Business value
Documents like contracts, statements of work, and letters are common in any business. With this update, you can now train an AI model to extract the data you need from these unstructured documents. This expands support beyond the structured and semi-structured documents—like invoices, tax forms, certificates, and many others—that were already supported in AI Builder.
Feature details
In AI Builder you can now create a custom document processing model to extract information on any type of document, structured or semi-structured (for example, invoices) or unstructured (for example, contracts). With support for unstructured documents, you can use this capability to extract entities like amounts, dates, names, and terms and conditions from legal covenants where each document is different.
You can then use custom models that you train in any automation process in flows in Power Automate or apps in Power Apps.
