Admins and Makers can easily get started with out-of-the-box extensions containing Power Platform connectors, topics, flows, and configuration files. These provide business logic and configuration presets to quickly enable agents to access third-party data for domain-specific use cases such as prospect to cash, configure price quote, benefits and compensation, and IT helpdesk.
