Admins and makers can easily start with out-of-the-box extensions that contain Power Platform connectors, topics, flows, and configuration files. These extensions contain business logic and configuration presets so agents can quickly access third-party data for domain-specific use cases such as prospect to cash, configure price quote, benefits and compensation, and IT helpdesk.
