Introduction

Version 22112 for Power Apps is now available in all regions. This article describes the updates, including the new features, and the fixes to existing functionality, which are included in this update. This version was first made available in preview on Nov 14, 2022, and Deployed only to Preview region due to Thanksgiving Holidays.

New features

Fixes and improvements

  • Fixed the issue where changing Format and Date Time behavior at the same time for a Date column could result in an error.
  • Allow multi-line string fields that aren't using rich text formatting to be editable in the Power Apps grid control.
  • Fixed the issue where Zip code was not updating when Publisher details changed.
  • Fixed the issue where makers weren't able to click on items in the tab reflow or header flyout of modern form designer.
  • Clearing out multi-select cells when using table designer was not working as expected.
  • Fixed the issue when creating a database, the currency dropdown was not alphabetized.
  • Cards - Standardizes addition of child controls to layout controls by using the insert pane instead of the in-line buttons in the card canvas.
  • Cards - fixes dragging and dropping controls onto the card canvas - no longer adds an NA text label element and instead adds the correct control.
