Description
Removes an Azure Event Grid System Topic either by using name of system topic or by piping system topic object.

Remove-AzEventGridSystemTopic -ResourceGroupName MyResourceGroupName -Name Topic1
Removes the Event Grid System topic `Topic1` in resource group `MyResourceGroupName`.
