Create a new rules engine configuration for a specified front door.

Description

Create a new rules engine configuration for a specified front door.

Use cmdlet "New-AzFrontDoorRulesEngineRule" to construct rules engine rules to pass into the "-Rules" parameter of this cmdlet.
