Remove-AzureRmPowerBIEmbeddedCapacity
Deletes an instance of PowerBI Embedded Capacity.

Because Az PowerShell modules now have all the capabilities of AzureRM PowerShell modules and more, we'll retire AzureRM PowerShell modules on 29 February 2024.
