AVIStreamStart
The AVIStreamStart function returns the starting sample number for the stream.

pavi
Handle to an open stream.
Return Values
Returns the number if successful or - 1 otherwise.
Remarks
The argument pavi is a pointer to an IAVIStream interface.

** Windows 95/98/Me:** Included in Windows 95 and later.
** Header:** Declared in Vfw.h.
