The following table shows the GPS Intermediate Driver functions. For information about using these functions, see Accessing Parsed GPS Data.

Function	Description
GPSCloseDevice	Closes the connection to the GPS Intermediate Driver.
GPSGetDeviceState	Retrieves information about the current state of the GPS hardware.

GPSGetPosition	Retrieves location information, including latitude and longitude.
GPSOpenDevice	Creates a connection to the GPS Intermediate Driver.
