Job list (form)

Click Production control > Common > Production orders > Current production jobs. Double-click a line to open the Job list form.
Use this form to review the status of all production jobs. Each job shows with a unique identification number.
You can see a summary of the following information about jobs:
The job type
The production that the job is assigned to
The operations resource that performs the job
The scheduled start dates and end dates
The job status, such as whether the job is Coming or Ended

Jobs |
View the job operations that are a part of the selected production. Jobs are generated when you run the Production - Job scheduling (class form) process. |
Route |
View data on the planned production route for the current operation. |

View the materials that are used in the current operation. |

Fields

Job identification |
Identify the job in a unique manner. |
Task type |
Displays the job type, which describes the type of work that is to be performed. The options are as follows:

Production |
Indicates which production the job is attached to. For more information, see Production orders (form). |
Resource |
Displays the ID of the resource on the production route that will perform the job. For more information about production routes, see Production route (form). |
Production unit |
Displays the ID of the related production unit. |
Start date |
Indicates the scheduled start date for the job. This date is determined with operations scheduling and jobs scheduling respectively. |
Start time |
Displays the start time that is scheduled for the job. The time is determined with jobs scheduling. |
End date |
Displays the end date that is scheduled for the job. The date is determined with operations scheduling and jobs scheduling. |
End time |
Specifies the scheduled ending time for the job. |
Job status |
Displays one of the following values:

Displays the ID of the related operation in the route. |
Priority |
Shows the priority for the production route. Priority can be:

Link |
Specifies the link that the job was created with. A link determines how the current job is tied to the subsequent job. The following options are available:
Note Only when the link type is Hard are the times exactly the same. When the link type is Soft, there may be a time gap between the 2 jobs. In other words, the next job can start later than the link specifies. Examples The following are examples of possible combinations of link type and link: EndStart and Soft - Used between operations. EndStart and Hard - Used between setup job and process job. StartStart and Hard - Used between several operations resources in the same operation. Ended and Hard - Used for secondary operations. |
Link type |
Indicates the attachment type. The field can have the following values:

Property |
Displays the resource property that is required for the resource to complete the job. If the job does not require a particular property, this field shows blank. |
Job management |
Indicates whether job recording can be used to create transactions for jobs. |
Canceled |
This check box is selected if the current job has been canceled for scheduling reasons. Jobs can be canceled in the Route groups (form), or with job scheduling. |
Calculated time |
Shows the calculated time for the job to complete in hours. |
Resource time |
Specify planned operations resource time in hours. |
Processing percentage |
Displays the progress of the production as a percentage. The field is updated every time that a recording is performed on the job. Recordings can occur when the route journal or job journal is posted to the ledger. |
End date |
Displays the scheduled end date for the job. The date is determined by operations scheduling and jobs scheduling. |
End time |
Specifies the scheduled ending time for the job. |
Actual start date |
Displays the actual start date for the job. The start date is updated when a recording is made on the job. Recordings can occur when the route journal or job journal is posted to the ledger. Recordings can also occur when a production is started or reported as finished, because the route consumption can be set up so that it is used automatically. |
Actual end date |
Actual end date for the job. This field is updated when the job is registered as finished. Jobs can be finished when the route journal or job journal is posted to the ledger. |
Actual end time |
Displays the actual for the job. This field is updated when the job is registered as finished. Jobs can be finished when the route journal or job journal is posted to the ledger. |
