Start-OrganizationUpgrade

Use the Start-OrganizationUpgrade cmdlet to upgrade a tenant organization after you've upgraded the hosting organization to a new version of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, such as upgrading from the beta version to the release to manufacturing (RTM) version. This cmdlet is available only for multi-tenant deployments.
