This test can't be performed when the Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging service is stopped

This error indicates that the Test-UMConnectivity cmdlet can't conduct a local UM connectivity check because the Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging service isn't running. Local UM connectivity checks are performed when Test-UMConnectivity is run interactively, in local mode, on the UM server or as part of the monitoring provided by the System Center Operation Manager (SCOM) management pack for Exchange.
This event may also occur because the Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology service can't start.
User Action
To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:
Restart the Microsoft Exchange Active Directory Topology service on the Mailbox server.
Restart the Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging service on the Mailbox server.
Restart the Mailbox server.
