Initializes a new instance of the ServiceModelConfiguration class with the specified configuration section groups.

Parameters

sectionGroups
Type: array<System.ServiceModel.Install.Configuration.ServiceModelConfigurationSectionGroup[]
A collection of ServiceModelConfigurationSectionGroup instances that describe the <sectionGroup> XML element.
