IVideoProcAmp::getRange_Gain

This topic applies only to Windows XP Service Pack 2 and later.

The getRange_Gain method returns the range of gain settings supported by the camera.

Syntax

  HRESULT getRange_Gain(
  long*  pMin,
  long*  pMax,
  long*  pSteppingDelta,
  long*  pDefault,
  long*  pCapsFlag
);

Parameters

pMin

[out]  Receives the minimum gain setting.

pMax

[out]  Receives the maximum gain setting.

pSteppingDelta

[out]  Receives the smallest step between settings.

pDefault

[out]  Receives the default gain setting.

pCapsFlag

[out]  Receives one or more flags. See VideoProcAmpFlags.

Return Values

Returns an HRESULT value.
