Conference Activity Report

The Conference Activity report is a Call Detail Recording (CDR)-based report that shows the activity and distribution of conference traffic. You can run the report based on number of conferences, number of participants, or participant-minutes.

The report includes separate tables and graphs sorting the data by the following:

• Enterprise pool
• Conferencing server (MCU) type (for example, A/V Conferencing Server, Telephony Conferencing Server, and so on)
• User authentication type (for example, enterprise users, federated users, and anonymous users)
• Participant type (for example, computer audio or public switched telephone network (PSTN) device)
• Internal or external users
