Use the Transport Rules feature to create and manage transport rules for your organization.

  • Name
    This field shows the name of the transport rule that describes the purpose of the transport rule.
  • Priority
    The field shows the priority by which this rule is applied relative to other rules in the list. Rules with a lower priority value are processed first. For example, a priority value of 0 takes precedence over a priority value of 1.
  • Comment
    This field shows the comments that were manually entered when the rule was created. For example, a comment may document what the rule is used for or how it has changed over time.

  • Change Priority
    To change the priority of a transport rule, click Change Priority.

    Note

    The Change Priority button only appears when two or more rules are listed in the list of transport rules.
