System Center 2012 – Operations Manager installs the following files to Windows System folders.
When you install a management server or a gateway server, the following files are installed to the System32 folder:
InterceptCounters.dll
AcsMsgs.dll
AdtAgent.exe
msvcp100.dll
msvcr100.dll
atl100.dll
When you install a management server or a gateway server, the following files are installed to the System64 and System32 folders:
msvcp100.dll
msvcr100.dll
InterceptCounters.dll
When you install an agent on a 32-bit operating system, the following files are installed to the System32 folder:
InterceptCounters.dll (for Windows 2008 x86 only)
AcsMsgs.dll
AdtAgent.exe
msvcp100.dll
msvcr100.dll
When you install an agent on a 64-bit operating system, the following files are installed to the System64 and System32 folders:
InterceptCounters.dll
AcsMsgs.dll
AdtAgent.exe

When you install the Operations console, the following files are installed to the System32 folder:

When you install a management server, gateway server, or an agent, and Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML) is not installed, the following files are installed to the System64 folder:
msxml6r.dll
msxml6.dll
When you install a management server, gateway server, or an agent, and MSXML is not installed, the following files are installed to the System and System64 folders:
