How to Enable PRO Tips for Systemwide Monitors

To enable PRO tips in Performance and Resource Optimization (PRO) that are based on networking and other configurations that affect multiple host groups and host clusters, configure PRO settings in the General node of Administration view.
These settings are only available when Operations Manager has been configured for Virtual Machine Manager. For an overview of the PRO configuration, see Configuring Performance and Resource Optimization (PRO).
To enable PRO for environment-wide monitors
In Administration view, in the navigation pane, click General.
In the results pane, click PRO Settings.
To determine which PRO tips will be received, select the severity level: Critical Only or Warning and Critical.
If you want to automatically implement this type of PRO tip:
Select the Automatically implement PRO tips check box.
Select the severity of PRO tips that you want to automatically implement: Critical Only or Warning and Critical.
Notice that you can choose to monitor both Warning and Critical PRO tips, but choose to automatically implement only Critical PRO tips.
Note
PRO configuration changes do not take effect for several minutes while VMM updates the memberships of certain Operations Manager groups and then forwards the changes to the Operations Manager agents.
