There are many troubleshooting techniques that you can use to resolve problems that arise in a Windows Server 2003 operating system installation. However, if a problem arises, consider the following possibilities before you use more complex troubleshooting techniques:

  • Recent changes to your Windows Server 2003 operating system installation, such as the installation of new software, new drivers, or configuration changes, might cause or contribute to the problem.
