The RenameOrganization method renames an Active Directory organization.

Arguments

The RenameOrganization method accepts the following input parameters.

Input arguments Required Description

Org

The LDAP path to the OU object.

NewName

No

The OU's new name.

PreferredDomainController

No

The domain controller to use for this operation.

SendCredentials

No

True/False: embed basic authentication credentials in the MPF request.

ErrorReturn

No

Out parameter containing the error (if any) thrown by MPF during the processing of the request.

Output Arguments

The RenameOrganization method returns the LDAP path to the newly renamed OU.
