UnsupportedEncodingException Class

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. The exception that is thrown when a wencoding value or other parameter with XML content is received in an unknown or unsupported encoding.
