Gets or sets the URI to which the web browser application will navigate when it is launched.

Remarks
This property supports only absolute URIs that use the HTTP or HTTPS protocol.
This method may throw one of the following exceptions.

The URI must be absolute and use either HTTP or HTTPS. |
