IDvbServiceDescriptor::GetProcessedServiceName method (dvbsiparser.h)

Gets the processed service name from a Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) service descriptor.

Syntax

HRESULT GetProcessedServiceName(
  [out] BSTR *pbstrName
);

Parameters

[out] pbstrName

Pointer to a buffer that receives the service name. The caller is responsible for freeing this memory.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

This method calls IDvbServiceDescriptor2::GetServiceNameW to get the processed service name. It is provided to maintain compatibility with the original DVB service descriptor specification.
