Removes all tasks from the job.

Remarks
Use this method to remove tasks from a job that has not been added to the cluster. After the job is added to the cluster, you cannot remove tasks from the job.
Thread Safety
Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
