Gets the Boolean value that indicates whether the Line Display device supports changing the screen mode; that is, the number of text rows and columns.

Remarks

If true, the Line Display device supports changing the screen mode (that is, the number of text rows and columns).

CapScreenMode is set by the service object, based on the capabilities of the device.
