LocalAccount

Note   Starting with Windows 10, version 1703, this setting can no longer be used in provisioning packages. For more information on changes to the Windows Provisioning Framework, see Windows Provisioning Framework. This setting may have a Configuration Service Provider (CSP) equivalent that can be used instead. To determine if a CSP for this setting exists, see the description below.

 

LocalAccount specifies the details of a local account to be created during installation.

Description

Description briefly describes the command to run asynchronously.

DisplayName

DisplayName specifies the name to display for a LocalAccount to be created during installation. If present, this name is displayed instead of the logon name.

Group

Group specifies the local security group to which the domain account or the security group will be added. You can add a user to multiple groups by entering multiple group names separated by semicolons.

Password

Password specifies settings for the account password.
