Note   Starting with Windows 10, version 1703, this setting can no longer be used in provisioning packages. This setting may have a Configuration Service Provider (CSP) equivalent that can be used instead. To determine if a CSP for this setting exists, see the description below.

 

OnlineSupportIconDescription setting specifies customized text to display under the icon title by the Online Support icon in the Additional Information page located in the Troubleshooting Control Panel

Values

DescriptionID

Specifies the description of the Online Support icon. DescriptionID is represented as @dllname,-resourceID, where dllname must include a full path to the resource DLL.
