Use to set the parent folder, if any, of this prepinned tile.
Set the value for StartPrepinnedTileParentFolderId
to one of the following values:

Indicates that the tile is not in a folder. The tile will be prepinned in the main Start screen. |
101 or 'Folder 1' |
Adds the tile to the first prepinned folder, |
102 or 'Folder 2' |
