Note Starting with Windows 10, version 1703, this setting can no longer be used in provisioning packages. Use to set the OEM-supplied app ID for the twenty-first prepinned tile.
Set the value of StartPrepinnedOEMAppID
to the GUID used as the application ID. For example, {12345678-1234-1234-1234-123456781234}. You must include the curly braces, {}, when specifying the app ID.
