BitLocker Drive Encryption provides full volume disk encryption for both boot volumes and data volumes.

BitLocker Drive Encryption helps to protect data on lost, stolen, or inappropriately decommissioned computers by encrypting the entire volume and checking the integrity of early boot features. Data is only decrypted if those features are successfully verified and the encrypted drive is located in the original computer. Integrity checking requires a compatible Trusted Platform Module (TPM).

When FRS detects that a change has been made to a file or folder within a replicated shared folder, FRS replicates the updated file or folder to other servers. Because FRS is a multimaster replication service, any server that participates in replication can generate changes. In addition, FRS can resolve file and folder conflicts to make data consistent among servers.

This feature enables support for CGI executables.

CGI defines how a web server passes information to an external program; for example, using a web form to collect information and then passing that information to a CGI script to be emailed somewhere else. Because CGI is an industry standard, CGI scripts can be written by using a variety of programming languages. The downside to using CGI is its performance overhead.

Windows System Resource Manager RSAT [Deprecated]

Windows System Resource Manager (WSRM) Standard Windows Resource Management Tool (RSAT) is deprecated beginning with this release. You should begin planning now to use alternate methods for any applications, code, or scenarios that depend on this feature. Windows System Resource Manager is an administrative tool that controls how CPU and memory resources are allocated.
