Troubleshoot by Running the Configuration Wizard

Troubleshooting steps have not resolved the problem.
In some cases, running the MultiPoint Server Configuration Wizard will resolve your issue. This wizard can be particularly useful for resolving issues with network loopback adaptors and the SRCShell user account.
To run the MultiPoint Server Configuration Wizard
In maintenance mode, on the Windows desktop, click Start, and then click Computer.
Click the drive letter where you installed MultiPoint Server (for example, C:).
Click Program Files, and then click Windows MultiPoint Server.
Click ConfigWiz.exe, and then follow the instructions in the wizard.
