Move a SharePoint instance of SQL Server 2000 Standard for Windows SBS 2008 migration

If you have a SHAREPOINT instance of SQL Server 2000 Standard in your existing installation of Windows SBS 2003 Premium Edition, you must migrate it to the Windows Internal Database in Windows SBS 2008 within the 21 day grace period.
