The IBCPSession2 interface is an extension to IBCPSession that provides a member function that is an alternative to calling IBCPSession::BCPColFmt for each column. IBCPSession2 inherits from IBCPSession and adds one new method: IBCPSession2::BCPSetBulkMode.
