Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit for Business (SDT). The SDT enables IT administrators to quickly investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and firmware issues with Surface devices. You can run a range of diagnostic tests and software repairs in addition to obtaining device health insights and guidance for resolving issues.

You will be required to log into the online submission portal using your Microsoft Account or Azure Active Directory Account.
Expedite your Warranty and Service requests:
Use the Microsoft 365 Hardware Support portal1. The Microsoft 365 Hardware Support portal lets you view warranty and protection plans, create single or bulk repair requests, and track the status of repairs. Note: Surface Hub, Surface Studio and Surface accessories (except for type covers) aren't currently supported.
For business customers: Submit your service request.
For Microsoft Premier customers: Submit your service request on Services Hub.
