How to handle questions from a minor
At times you may receive messages from a potential student that is under the age of 18. While ultimately the minor may not be the one paying for the lessons, we feel these questions will still affect whether their guardian makes a purchase.
We find it is helpful to answer questions related to lesson details, goals, and scheduling to the best of your ability. But be sure to include that in order to get started, their parent or guardian will need to contact TakeLessons to finalize the setup.
