How do I reach customer support?

Simply submit a request to our Support team through the Help tab in your TakeLessons account or email  Our Teacher Support Team will respond to your inquiry within 3 business days.

STEP 1 Click the blue pop-up tab in the lower right hand corner of your account. The tab may say Need Help or refer to the specific page you're on (e.g. "Dashboard Tips & Support").


STEP 2 Click the Submit Request button.


STEP 3 Complete the form according to your question or problem and click Send. Our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
