How do I set my Availability on the TakeLessons for Teachers app?

Easily manage your availability by downloading the iOS app from iTunes or Android App from the Google Play Store. You will need a compatible iPhone, iPad, or Android device. 

To update your availability

  1. Sign in tp your Teacher Account with the app. Then from the hamburger menu, tap the Availability tab.

  1. In the Availability screen, use the drop-down menu to select which location you would like to adjust.

To add more availability

Tap on the white boxes to make the timeslot bookable. Once availability is added, the boxes will reflect the color of the location that is now available, similar to the photo below.

To remove availability

Tap on the colored boxes to remove availability. Once removed, the boxes will turn white like the photo below.

To confirm your availability

Confirming your availability lets our team know that your listed availability is accurate. This is important for our new student counselors and support team to place new students with confidence.

To confirm that the availability listed is up to date, or to confirm recent adjustments, tap Confirm Availability.
