Today we are expanding Microsoft Q&A footprint with additional products supported by the CSS team, while we are also closing their forums in MSDN and TechNet! This brings us a step closure of product consolidation into Q&A as well as shutting down the MSDN and TechNet Forums.

Details

As our large effort to close MSDN and TechNet Forums and consolidate product support to Microsoft Q&A, we have partnered with the CSS team to onboard the following products they support:  

  • Office: SharePoint Server and Online, Office Client for IT pros; Microsoft Teams for IT pros; Exchange Server, Exchange Online, and Exchange Hybrid for IT pros
  • Windows for Application Developers; Windows Server and Windows 10 for IT pros
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Microsoft Edge

We are also starting the process of closing the corresponding forums in MSDN and TechNet which is going to happen over the next 4 weeks, to give customers enough time to switch platforms.
