How do I help my students with mental health?

Remote learning and change can be a stressful time for all students, especially those who are struggling already. Here are some tools to help students create structure and simplicity to reduce stress in an already stressful time. 

  • Focus Assist allows you to avoid distracting notifications when you need to stay focused and will automatically activate based on settings. 
  • Reading View allows you to simplify the view to reduce distraction. 
  • OneNote and Outlook: Manage tasks and have all materials and content in one place that is organized and easy to access. 
  • Mindful Knight: A Minecraft world focusing on mindfulness and being present.
