Create a call center order

To create a call center order, the user must be assigned to a call center channel. The steps for creating a call center order include searching for a customer on the customer service page, creating a new sales order, searching for a product, and collecting payment from the customer. After these tasks have been completed, the order is submitted and further processing for pick, ship, and invoice are possible.
