Creative Cloud Express for Education and OneNote

Completed

Teachers who use Microsoft OneNote class notebooks know how easy it is to insert, embed, and link to digital files in its pages. Did you know that it’s also easy to include Adobe Creative Cloud Express graphics, web pages, and videos into your Microsoft OneNote notebooks?

In this video we explain how to include Adobe Creative Cloud Express graphics, web pages, and video into Microsoft OneNote.

Share a Creative Cloud Express project to OneNote

Once you’re ready to share your graphic, web page, or video created with Creative Cloud Express, hit the Share button and choose Publish, then choose Link from the share options and copy the shareable link.

You can then insert the link into your Microsoft OneNote page to share directly with your students.

Create a OneNote page including Creative Cloud Express

You can also use Creative Cloud Express graphics as the basis for a OneNote page that you can share directly with your students for their use, like a dynamic revision planner.

First, download your graphic from Creative Cloud Express with the Download button, then insert the image into your OneNote page by selecting Insert and then Pictures. Once you’ve created your planner, you can distribute it to your students using the tools under the Class Notebook tab.

Students can create a personalized and unique version from your template by using the Microsoft OneNote text tools to overlay their own text boxes onto the graphic.
