Intelligent Order Management is built upon the Microsoft Dataverse stack and uses components of power platform. The order fulfillment journey is orchestrated by combining the capabilities available within Dataverse and Platform thereby ensuring the application meets:
Scale: With Dataverse as the core architecture component, Intelligent Order Management addresses the scalability concern along with data compliance requirements, security, and expectations of multitudes of data and data types. As a proven globally available SaaS data service it already is being used by customers around the world and being used by a large community to build and develop applications with little or no code.
Extensibility: With an objective of building a data pipeline, which can result from diverse set of third-party applications and provider, Intelligent Order Management packs in elements of power platform to extend the platform by putting in minimal effort and yet ensure reliable data integration services.
Data pipeline ensures the inflow and outflow of data with various 1st and 3rd party providers and is responsible for the proper communication of information to multitudes of applications configured with Intelligent Order Management.
Orchestration engine facilitates the crucial role of order journey within Intelligent Order Management. It packs in a rich designer that facilitates fulfillment and inventory flow and to control the flow it supports policies that can be used in a flexible manner.
Insights are available within the product, which uses Power BI for intuitive dashboards on various statistics of order fulfillment journey.
