Familiarize yourself with the Viva Glint platform
Understanding the general navigation of your Viva Glint dashboard helps you utilize its key features and make the most use of significant insights gained from program feedback. On the top of your screen, you see tabs for Dashboard, Focus Areas, My Surveys, and Reports.

These tabs may vary depending on what features your organization has enabled.
- The Dashboard is your landing page when accessing Viva Glint. This screen provides you with an overview of your most recent survey results.
- Focus Areas display actions you’ve created based on your team’s opportunities for growth and helps you to keep track of the areas you’re working on.
- My surveys shows all active surveys and surveys that you have personally participated in.
- Reports allow you to further analyze results for your team by applying filters to narrow your results to populations you’ve distinguished by your HRIS attribute file.
On the Dashboard, toggle to a different survey program using the Switch Program button.
At the top of all screens, select your profile to change user settings, such as your default dashboard language, or log out of your account.
The question mark guides you to help & community, where you can find self-serve resources including community discussions, program and feature guidance documentation and associated trainings, confidentiality and privacy information and then support from Microsoft as needed.
Search is where you can select an individual within your team to view the focus areas they are currently working on.
