.NET Framework 4.6.1

The .NET Framework 4.6.1 Developer Pack is a package that lets developers build applications that target the .NET Framework 4.6.1 by using Visual Studio 2015, Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio 2012, or third-party integrated development environments (IDEs). It's a single package that bundles the .NET Framework 4.6.1, the .NET 4.6.1 Targeting Pack, and the .NET 4.6.1 software development kit (SDK).
