Gets or sets a value that indicates the effect of a swipe interaction.
Equivalent WinUI 2 API for UWP: Microsoft.UI.Xaml.Controls.SwipeItems.Mode (for WinUI in the Windows App SDK, see the Windows App SDK namespaces).
