Microsoft Viva Glint users can export their survey results to share with offline users, read verbatim comments, or create presentations for their teams. Exporting to PowerPoint (PPT) files in Glint is quick and allows easy consumption of reports outside the Glint platform.
How to Export Report to PowerPoint
Export Report to PowerPoint supports all native PowerPoint editing functionality in the exported file.
Important
This Export Report to PowerPoint feature is available for the Team Summary and Executive Summary reports only.
Navigate to any Report in Viva Glint.
Select the Export and Share dropdown.
Choose the Export Report to PowerPoint option.
A modal appears with sections from the report selected by default.
You can deselect any section before exporting.
Click the Generate PPT button.
The selected sections are exported into a native PowerPoint (.pptx) file of slide size 26.667 in X 15 in. The sensitivity label of the exported file is set to General and can be changed in PowerPoint.
Note
Sections without data and custom sections won't be included.
Note
Export Report to native editable PowerPoint doesn't use Glint's default PPT template or any custom PPT templates.
How to Export Screenshots to PowerPoint
Export screenshots to PowerPoint exports static screenshots of the report to PowerPoint. This feature is available for all reports.
Navigate to any Report in Viva Glint.
Select the Export and Share dropdown.
Choose the Export screenshots to PowerPoint option.
A modal appears with sections from the report selected by default.
You can deselect any section before exporting.
Click the Generate PPT button.
The selected sections are exported as screenshots into a PowerPoint (.pptx) format. The sensitivity label of the exported file is set to General and can be changed in PowerPoint.
