This article shows you how to collect logs from Windows App that you can use to help troubleshoot issues.
Prerequisites
Before you can collect logs, you need:
- Windows App installed on your local device, or access to Windows App in a web browser, with at least one device or app added. To learn more, see Get started with Windows App
Collect logs
Select a tab for the platform you're using.
Here's how to collect logs from Windows App for Windows:
Make sure there aren't any connections to devices or apps.
Make sure Windows App is closed.
Open File Explorer on your local device and go to
%temp%\DiagOutputDir\Windows365\Logs
.Copy the files in the folder to a new folder. You can open the files in a text editor, or provide them to support.
